Catherine Reitman is an actress, comedian, producer, writer and director best known as the creator and star of the acclaimed two time International Emmy® Award nominated series Workin Moms', which originally aired on CBC in Canada and can now be seen internationally as a Netflix Original. She was a member of the Sunday Company at the influential Groundlings improv theatre and school in Los Angeles, CA and has had roles in other high-profile film and television series including Blackish, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, How I Met Your Mother, Real Wedding Crashers, I Love You, Man, and Knocked Up. Reitman’s writing and producing credits include CBC’s Workin’ Moms, VH1’s Miss You Much, and the web series Breakin’ it Down with Catherine Reitman.

In 2016, Reitman formed Wolf + Rabbit Entertainment with her husband Philip Sternberg to produce the half-hour, single-camera comedy Workin’ Moms for CBC. She is the creator, executive producer, writer and star of the series, starring alongside Sternberg. In addition, Reitman directed several episodes in each of the series’ four seasons. Workin’ Moms received nine Canadian Screen Award nominations in 2018 including Best Actress, Best Director and Best Series, Comedy.

Reitman spoke at the renowned TEDx Talks Toronto in Fall 2017 and has appeared as a featured speaker at the BANFF World Media Festival on panels including In Conversation with Comedy Central's Kent Alterman, the Revitalization of Canadian Comedy, and CBC’s Breakfast of Show Runner Champions.
Reitman has also become involved in philanthropy, producing and performing in multiple charity improv nights, donating proceeds to organizations helping women in need, like Nellie's, The New Mom Project and FINCA.
