Carrie Isgett is a literary manager and producer at Lit Entertainment, where she focuses on making sure everyone feels like they can see themselves represented onscreen, whether it be gender, sexual orientation, race, or unique backgrounds. She majored in theatre at the College of Charleston before moving to Sydney, Australia to study film at the International Film School Sydney. She began her career is 2009 as a writer’s assistant on the long-running Australian series ALL SAINTS before moving into physical production working as a coordinator for an international producer based out of Fox Studios Australia.

After moving to Los Angeles, Carrie joined Madhouse Entertainment in 2013 as an assistant, going on to take on the role of coordinator. She was promoted to manager in 2016. In the beginning of 2019, she joined Adam Kolbrenner when he opened his new company Lit Entertainment. She represents a diverse list of writers and writer/directors and is developing a number of projects in both film and television, prioritizing diverse perspectives.

Carrie lives in Los Angeles with her wife and neurotic pets. She still plays The Sims.
